Our Approach
Novēm Tax is the tax arm of the Novēm family. At Novēm, we believe that your focus should be on your trade or business. We work with our clients to make strategic decisions that shape liquidity, after-tax outcome, and generational wealth.
Our Promise
In a world where the accounting practice has become introverted, reactive, and ambiguous, Novēm Tax clients can find solace in a team that communicates clearly and helps you strategize, not scramble before year end, so you can focus on what matters most. We offer a variety of tax consulting and filing services, and will be rolling out our bookkeeping practice in the fall of 2026.

Head of Tax
Keagan Polk, CPA
Keagan Polk leads the tax practice at Novēm Tax. Her background spans both sides of the profession, private accounting at Whitley Penn and international tax services at PwC, giving her a rare vantage on how tax strategy actually plays out, from closely held businesses to global corporate structures. She brought that perspective back to private practice with a clear purpose: making a real, measurable impact in her clients’ financial lives.
Her philosophy is simple. Whether the work is for a Fortune 500 company or a small business, there is one source of truth in accounting: clear, proactive communication. Keagan builds that into every engagement, translating complex tax code into conversations clients can actually act on.
A CPA and former collegiate student-athlete, Keagan brings the same discipline and competitive drive to her clients’ outcomes that she brought to her sport.
